I’ve been recently working on building a few simple WordPress plugins to use. These probably are not written correctly but they work for what I need them for.
Branding Removal – Removes the Howdy text, the WordPress Menu on the Admin Bar, and the Footer text from the dashboard.
Dashboard Widgets Removal – Removes pointless Wordpress Dashboard Widgets
Login Logo – Changes the Default logo on the Login screen to custom logo and link
Logo URL – Add Logo URL option in settings; required for Login Logo
Widget Menu – Allows a menu to be added as a widget
Use them at your own risk!
